تاثیر دشواری کار زنان شاغل و هم کاری همسران در امور منزل بر رضایت از روابط زناشویی و اختلال های رفتاری فرزندان

چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی تاثیر دشواری کار زنان شاغل و هم کاری همسران آن ها در امور منزل، بر رضایت از روابط زناشویی در وهله اول، و سپس بر اختلالات رفتاری فرزندان انجام گرفته است. 150 مادر شاغل، دارای فرزند در مهد کودک های شهر شیراز، به عنوان نمونه پژوهش، چهار پرسش نامه اختلالات رفتاری کودکان، دشواری کار، هم کاری همسر، و رضایت از روابط زناشویی را تکمیل کردند و نتایج نشان گر آن بود که دشواری کار زنان شاغل، پیش بینی کننده رضایت از روابط زناشویی نیست، اما هم کاری مردان در امور خانه، به طور مثبت پیش بینی کننده رضایت از روابط زناشویی است؛ هم چنین، در حالی که دشواری کار، تنها می تواند پرخاش گری کودکان را به طور مثبت پیش بینی کند، بر اساس رضایت از روابط زناشویی می توان پرخاش گری، گوشه گیری، و اضطراب کودکان را به طور منفی پیش بینی کرد. با توجه به یافته های این پژوهش و پژوهش های پیشین، پیشنهادهایی برای بررسی بیش تر این موضوع مطرح شده است.

چکیده [English]

The aim of this study is twofold: the first is investigating the effect of .."others' job difficulty and their spouses' cooperation in householding on ...atisfaction of marital relationships. The second is exploring the effect of all hese variables on children's behavioural disorders. A sample of 150 mpfoyed mothers with Kindergarten's child of Shiraz city completed ~hildren's behavioural disorders, job difficulty, spouse cooperation, and narital relations scales. General findings indicate that job difficulty does not redict satisfaction of marital relationships. But spouse cooperation ositively predicts marital relationships.
Moreover, job difficulty predicts nly children's aggression and marital relationships predict aggression and vithdrawal negatively. The findings are discussed with respect to research iterature and suggestions for further investigations are set forth.
