توانمندسازی زنان سرپرست خانوار منطقه 5 شهر اصفهان با تأکید بر مؤلفه اشتغال

چکیده

چکیده
در جوامعی که نقش نان آوری خانواده به عهده مرد است هنگامی که به یک باره این نقش به عهده زنان گذاشته می شود، آنان را به یکی از گروه های آسیب پذیر جامعه تبدیل می کند. در این موقعیت زنان علاوه بر نقش های متداول زن در خانواده، متولی نقش های مربوط به «سرپرستی خانوار» یعنی دو رکن اصلی «تأمین معیشت» و «اداره مدیریت خانوار» نیز می شوند و عمدتاًً در این مسیر با موانعی روبرو خواهند شد که برای گذر از این موانع باید توانمند شوند.
با توجه به ماهیت مسئله مورد مطالعه، تشخیص داده شد که با روش اقدام پژوهی بهتر می توان به سؤالات تحقیق پاسخ گفت و از داده های متنوع تر کیفی در جهت انجام تحقیق استفاده کرد .
داده ها از یازده نفر از زنان سرپرست خانوار مجتمع بهزیستی شهید حیرانی واقع در منطقه 5 اصفهان با استفاده از تکنیک گروه متمرکز و مصاحبه های نیمه ساخت یافته جمع آوری و پس از کدگذاری به روش نافل و وبستر تفسیر شدند. بر اساس نتایج دو تیپ زن سرپرست خانوار، یعنی فعال و منفعل وجود دارد و موانع موجود بر سر راه توانمندی از نگاه خود آنان، فقر اقتصادی، مشکلات جسمی و روانی، ناامنی محیط کار و عدم حمایت اجتماعی اطرافیان می باشد. برای مقابله با این موانع و دستیابی به توانمندسازی راهکارهایی برای توانمندسازی اقتصادی و روانی ارائه شد.

چکیده [English]

In societies which the earning money is a duty for men, when suddenly and unwillingly this role is given to the women, they become an injured group of society. In this situation these women besides their ordinary roles, should play the role of the head of households including earning money and management of the family. In this path they certainly face barriers so, for passing these barriers they should be empowered.
According to the nature of the problem, action research is the best way to answer the questions of the research and using various qualitative data for doing research.
Data gathered from 11 female- headed households of Shahid Heyrani,s Behzisti Center which is located in district 5 of Isfahan. Data coded and interpreted by Knafl and Webster method. According to the results, there are 2 groups of female- headed households: active and passive.
Barriers in women,s way toward empowerment in their point of view are: poverty, physical and mental problems, unsecured work environments and the lack of social support in society. For facing these barriers and achieving empowerment, economical and psychological strategies presented.
