Abstract

Studying the role of conflict management styles in prediction of life Satisfaction with mediation of happiness in married women was the purpose of this study. The method of study was descriptive- correlative. The statistical population of the study consisted of married women in Mashhad the sample of which includes 200 people who were selected by convenience-sampling method. The tools of this study were Diener's Life Satisfaction Questionnaire, by Rahim Organizational Conflict inventory (ROCI-II) and Munsh Happiness Scale. Data were analyzed using regression analysis and path analysis. The results showed that there is a significant correlation between conflict management styles and life satisfaction and mediation of happiness. It also showed that conflict management styles directly and meaningfully and indirectly through happiness affect the life satisfaction. It can be said that the mediating role of happiness was confirmed. The integrated style had a positive and significant relationship, and the dominant and avoidant styles had the least effect on other styles. According to the results of this study, it can be said that resolving conflict in marital life as well as Women's happiness will increase their life satisfaction.
